  • june – 2020
    1. Legal Services Camp Module fixed by NALSA (to be conducted by one district per month as fixed by TSLSA.
    2. As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, Observe “World Environment Day', 2020 on 05.06.2020. Conduct rallies, attend plantation and enlighten the public about the prohibition of plastic.
    3. As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, observe “World Day against Child Labour” on 12.06.2020, conduct awareness programmes in respect of NALSA (Child Friendly Legal Services to children and their Protection) Scheme, 2015.
    4. Conducting Training Programme for the Members of special Juvenile Police units, JJBs, CWCs and Panel Lawyers as per the Directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and Guidelines of NALSA.
    5 Sensitization Programme / Orientation programme to the Panel Lawyers in Legal Aid Centres attached to Juvenile Justice Boards and the Panel Lawyers attached to other Legal Aid Clinics in the respective Units.
    6Review of functioning of Legal Aid Clinics / Village Care and Support Centres and take steps for deletion of un-productive centres and setup new centres wherever necessary and also review of the functioning of Front Offices and the work of the PLVs, and to take steps for removal of the PLVs on the ground of disqualification, if any and to identify new enthusiastic PLVS.
    7 Visit to Juvenile Homes, Observation Homes and Oldage Homes along with Panel Lawyer and if any deficiencies are pointed out, necessary steps are to be taken on urgent basis under due intimation to the State Authority.
    8Visit to Jails along with Panel Lawyer and deficiencies (if any) pointed out during the course of jail visits and steps taken in that regard, awareness to prisoners and conducting Jail Adalats.

    1 Legal Services Camp Module fixed by NALSA (to be conducted by one district per month as fixed by TSLSA
    2 To organize meetings with the Stakeholders in respect of NALSA Schemes, 2015 and 2016 by involving the Nodal Officer for arriving an Action Plan for better implementation of the NALSA Schemes.
    3 As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, organize awareness programme on NALSA (Legal Services to the Mentally Ill and Mentally Disabled Persons) Scheme, 2015 on 04.07.2020.
    4 As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, conduct Legal Awareness Programme on Ragging Menace on 18.07.2020 in schools and colleges.
    5 To conduct Under Trial Prisoners Review Committee meeting as per the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in WP (C ) No.406 / 2013 in the case in in human condition in 1382 prisons and to submit quarterly reports periodically to Telangana State Legal Services Authority (for the quarter from July, 2020 to September, 2020)

    7Meetings with Legal Aid Counsels attached to Magistrate Courts, Jail Visiting Lawyers and give necessary instructions to them in pursuance of the instructions given in the Under Trial Review Committee meetings.
    8Visit to Jails along with Panel lawyer and deficiencies (if any) pointed out during the course of jail visits and steps taken in that regard and conducting Jail Adalats as per feasibility.
    9Visit to Juvenile Homes, Observation Homes and Oldage Homes along with Panel Lawyer and if any deficiencies are pointed out, necessary steps are to be taken on urgent basis under due intimation to the State Authority.

    3 As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, organize Legal Awareness Programme to the Senior Citizens on the eve of “World Senior Citizen’s Day” on 21.08.2020 in the line of NALSA (Legal Services to Senior Citizens) Scheme, 2016.
    4 As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, organize awareness programme on NALSA (Effective Implementation of Poverty Alleviation) Scheme, 2015 on 29.08.2020.
    5 Review of functioning of Legal Aid Clinics / Village Care and Support Centres and take steps for deletion of un-productive centres and setup new centres wherever necessary and also review of the functioning of Front Offices and the work of the PLVs, and to take steps for removal of the PLVs on the ground of disqualification, if any and to identify new enthusiastic PLVS.

    3 As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, conduct Medical Camp for deaf and dumb people on the eve of “World Deaf Day” on 29.09.2020.
    4 National Lok Adalat on 12.09.2020 for settlement of pending and prelitigation Cases as per the instructions of NALSA by conducting more number of pre sittings, by creating awareness about the National Lok Adalats among the public at large through print and electronic media, local cable network and by distribution of pamphlets and by conducting meetings with the police officials, bank officials, insurance companies etc.

As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, conduct Legal Awareness Programme on Maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizens Act, 2007 (as amended on 2018) on the eve of “Gandhi Jayanti” on 02.10.2020 in the line of NALSA (Legal Services to Senior Citizens) Scheme, 2016.
    3. Observation of “Mental Health Day”, 2020 on 10.10.2020 and conduct Awareness programme in the line of NALSA (Legal Services to the Mentally Ill and Mentally Disabled Persons) Scheme, 2015.
    4 As a part of two major programmes in a month state wide, observe “International girl child day” on 11.10.2020 and conduct awareness programmes on rights of girl child.
